Creating an Account and Verifying Your Age

To use all the features of 1Win in Ghana, you need to create an account. You can sign up in one click or by entering your email and setting a password. After that, complete your profile with your full name, phone number, and date of birth.

  • Use a valid email address from the start, or update it if you signed up with the one-click option. Sometimes we may ask you to provide documents to confirm your identity. If you can’t, your account might be put on hold until verification is done;
  • You must be of legal gambling age in Ghana. We may ask for proof, such as a copy of your ID or passport. Without it, your account may be suspended until your age is confirmed;
  • Always provide accurate and up-to-date details. If your phone number or address changes, update it in your profile right away. Not following this rule can lead to account limits, suspension, or cancellation of withdrawals;
  • Each person can have only one account. If we find more than one, the extra accounts will be closed, and any bets, bonuses, or winnings from them may be cancelled. You might also need to return any money received from a duplicate account.

If you run into problems while registering or verifying your age, our support team is ready to help.

Types of Bets at 1Win in Ghana

1Win offers a few different ways to place bets, each with its own rules and payouts. Here’s a simple breakdown:

  • Single bet – You bet on one specific outcome. If you’re right, your winnings are your stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome;
  • Express bet – You combine several outcomes into one bet. The odds are multiplied together, which can mean bigger payouts. But if just one prediction is wrong, you lose the whole bet;
  • System bet – A flexible option where you make many express bets in one. You choose how many correct picks are needed to win, like 2 out of 3 or 4 out of 5. Even if some selections lose, you can still get a payout from the winning parts.

Betting Limits for Express and System Wagers

At 1Win, express and system bets have a few simple rules. In an express bet, you can only include one dependent outcome — that means you can’t combine events that affect each other. If you add several dependent events, only the one with the highest priority will stay in your bet.

Some markets have special settlement rules, like bets on penalties, how a goal is scored, or who scores next. If the required event doesn’t happen during regular time, the bet counts as a loss.

For example, if you bet “Team to score a penalty – Yes” and no penalty is given, you lose the bet. The same applies to “How the goal will be scored” or “Next goal” — if the goal you picked never happens, the bet is lost.

For system bets, you can include up to 16 events in one combination. These limits help keep the rules consistent and encourage responsible betting.

Live Betting Rules on 1Win

On 1Win, you can place live bets while a match or event is happening. These can be single bets or combined into an express bet. A live bet is confirmed once it’s registered on our server and shows as accepted online. After that, it can’t be changed or canceled. In some cases listed in the main betting rules, a live bet may be settled at odds of 1.00. The live scores shown on our site are for reference only. They may have delays or errors, so it’s best to also check reliable sources for real-time updates.

Resolving Disputes Regarding Match Results, Date, and Time

At 1Win, bets are settled using the official results from the event organizers. If those results are later corrected, we may review and adjust your bet.

The official start time comes from the event’s documentation. If that’s not available, we use trusted sources like official federation or club websites. Times and dates shown on our site are approximate, and we’re not responsible for any differences.

If you have a dispute about the result, you need to contact us within 10 days of the event’s end and provide proof from the organizers. Bets placed after an event has started will be settled at odds of 1.00, unless they were live bets.

If a participant pulls out before the event starts, all bets on them are void. Withdrawals, disqualifications, or substitutions during the event are handled based on when they happen. For example, in team events, a substitution might not affect overall result bets, but individual bets could be voided.

If official sites, broadcasts, or other sources give conflicting information, we may delay payouts until the result is confirmed. If there’s an obvious technical error in the odds, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.00. In any unclear or special situation, the betting company makes the final decision.

Deposits and Withdrawals at 1Win in Ghana

To place bets on 1Win, you need money in your account. All deposits must come from payment methods in your name — we don’t accept funds from friends, family, or third parties. Cash payments aren’t supported, but we work with trusted banks and electronic payment providers.

When you deposit, you confirm that your funds are legal and that you won’t dispute completed transactions. If a deposit is found to be fraudulent, we may freeze your account, cancel winnings, and inform the authorities.

Withdrawals are processed only after payment checks are complete and, if required, your identity is verified. You may be asked for ID documents or, if you used a card, photos of it with sensitive details hidden.

Smaller withdrawals up to 525 GHS are usually processed within an hour. Larger ones can take up to five days, and in some cases, your bank or payment provider may cause delays of up to three business days. If needed, we can arrange alternative withdrawal options.

To keep things fair, you must wager each deposit at least once before withdrawing it. For large winnings over 525,000 GHS, we may set a daily withdrawal limit based on your account.

Please note, your 1Win account is not a bank account. It’s not covered by deposit insurance and does not earn interest.
